Mr. Rajes Kumar is the Managing Director of SHARE with more than 12 years of leadership experience at the senior management level. He has qualifications in psychology, education, business administration, business law, and data analytics. He has worked in the private and public sectors.

In the private sector, he held various managerial and senior roles in sales, hospitality, events management, food and beverages, and manpower operations. In the public sector, he held various positions and helmed multiple departments in the Ministry of Education at the school and cluster levels. During his time as an entrepreneur, he has won awards in the global and Asia Pacific arenas.
